1. 동의 및 적용
본 약관은 Bud(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 서비스에 가입하거나 이용함으로써 회원은 본 약관 전부에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
2. 이용 자격
- 만 14세 이상만 가입할 수 있습니다.
- 본 약관 및 운영 정책을 위반한 사실이 확인된 경우 가입이 거부되거나 계정이 해지될 수 있습니다.
3. 부적절한 콘텐츠 및 학대 행위에 대한 무관용 정책
Bud는 부적절한 콘텐츠(objectionable content)와 학대성 사용자(abusive users)에 대해 무관용(Zero-Tolerance) 원칙을 적용합니다. 회원은 다음 행위를 절대 해서는 안 됩니다.
- 음란물, 성적 노출, 미성년자에 대한 부적절한 콘텐츠
- 혐오 표현, 차별, 폭력 선동, 위협, 괴롭힘(harassment)
- 타인의 사칭, 신상 정보 무단 공개(doxxing), 스토킹
- 스팸, 광고, 사기, 피싱, 악성 링크 유포
- 불법 행위 조장, 자해·자살 유도 및 미화
- 욕설, 비속어, 모욕적인 표현
- 저작권 등 타인의 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠
회원이 게시·전송한 모든 콘텐츠의 책임은 회원 본인에게 있으며, 위 사항을 위반할 경우 사전 통지 없이 콘텐츠가 삭제되고 계정이 정지 또는 해지될 수 있습니다.
4. 신고 및 처리 약속
- 회원은 부적절한 콘텐츠나 학대 사용자에 대해 앱 내 "신고" 기능을 통해 언제든 신고할 수 있습니다.
- Bud는 접수된 신고를 24시간 이내에 검토하고, 위반이 확인된 콘텐츠 및 사용자에 대해 즉시 조치(콘텐츠 삭제, 계정 정지 또는 해지)를 취합니다.
- 회원은 앱 내 "차단" 기능을 통해 특정 사용자로부터의 메시지 및 매칭을 차단할 수 있습니다.
- 동일 사용자에 대한 신고가 누적될 경우 자동으로 임시 정지 조치가 적용될 수 있습니다.
5. 서비스 변경 및 중단
Bud는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스 내용을 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며, 이 경우 사전에 공지합니다.
6. 책임의 제한
회원 간 발생한 분쟁이나 손해에 대해 Bud는 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 책임을 지지 않습니다. 단, 관련 법령에 따라 보호되는 권리는 제한되지 않습니다.
7. 약관 변경
Bud는 필요한 경우 본 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 변경 시 사전 공지 또는 앱 내 재동의 절차를 통해 알려드립니다.
8. 준거법 및 분쟁 해결
본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석됩니다. 분쟁이 발생할 경우 회원의 주소지 관할 법원을 제1심 관할 법원으로 합니다.

1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bud ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 14 years old to use Bud.
- We may refuse registration or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our community rules.
3. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content and Abusive Users
Bud has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You must never post, send, or share any of the following:
- Sexually explicit material, nudity, or any content that exploits or endangers minors
- Hate speech, discrimination, incitement to violence, threats, or harassment
- Impersonation, doxxing, or stalking of other users
- Spam, advertising, scams, phishing, or malicious links
- Promotion of illegal activity, self-harm, or suicide
- Profanity, slurs, or insulting language
- Content that infringes the intellectual property or other rights of any third party
You are solely responsible for the content you post or send. Violations may result in immediate content removal and suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.
4. Reporting and Response Commitment
- You can report objectionable content or abusive users at any time via the in-app "Report" feature.
- Bud will review reports within 24 hours and, where a violation is confirmed, take prompt action (content removal, account suspension, or termination).
- You can also block any user via the in-app "Block" feature, which stops messages and matching with that user.
- Accounts that accumulate multiple reports from distinct users may be automatically suspended pending review.
5. Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service for operational or technical reasons, with prior notice where reasonably possible.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bud is not liable for disputes between users. Statutory rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
7. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in advance or via an in-app re-consent flow.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute will be subject to the court of the user's address as the court of first instance.

1. 同意および適用
本規約は、Bud（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めます。本サービスに登録、または利用することにより、ユーザーは本規約のすべてに同意したものとみなされます。
2. 利用資格
- 14歳以上の方のみご利用いただけます。
- 本規約または運営ポリシーに違反する事実が確認された場合、登録の拒否やアカウントの解除を行うことがあります。
3. 不適切なコンテンツおよび悪質なユーザーに対するゼロトレランスポリシー
Budは、不適切なコンテンツ（objectionable content）および悪質なユーザー（abusive users）に対してゼロトレランス（無寛容）の方針を取ります。以下の行為は固く禁じます。
- わいせつ、性的露出、未成年者に関する不適切なコンテンツ
- ヘイトスピーチ、差別、暴力の扇動、脅迫、嫌がらせ（harassment）
- 他者へのなりすまし、個人情報の無断公開（doxxing）、ストーカー行為
- スパム、広告、詐欺、フィッシング、悪意あるリンクの拡散
- 違法行為の助長、自傷・自殺の誘発や美化
- 暴言、差別語、侮辱表現
- 第三者の著作権その他の権利を侵害するコンテンツ
ユーザーが投稿・送信したすべてのコンテンツに関する責任はユーザー本人にあります。上記に違反した場合、事前通知なしにコンテンツの削除およびアカウントの停止または解除が行われることがあります。
4. 通報および対応のお約束
- ユーザーは、不適切なコンテンツや悪質なユーザーについて、アプリ内の「通報」機能でいつでも報告できます。
- Budは、受理した通報を24時間以内に確認し、違反が確認されたコンテンツおよびユーザーに対して、ただちに対応（コンテンツの削除、アカウントの停止または解除）を行います。
- アプリ内の「ブロック」機能で、特定のユーザーからのメッセージやマッチングを遮断できます。
- 同一ユーザーに対する通報が複数の異なるユーザーから累積した場合、自動的に一時停止措置が適用されることがあります。
5. サービスの変更・停止
Budは、運営上・技術上の必要に応じてサービス内容を変更または停止することがあります。その場合、可能な限り事前に通知します。
6. 責任の制限
ユーザー間で発生した紛争や損害について、Budは故意または重大な過失がない限り責任を負いません。ただし、法令により制限できない権利は影響を受けません。
7. 規約の変更
Budは必要に応じて本規約を改定することがあり、重要な変更は事前通知またはアプリ内での再同意手続きによりお知らせします。
8. 準拠法および紛争解決
本規約は大韓民国の法令に従って解釈されます。紛争が生じた場合、ユーザーの住所地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の管轄裁判所とします。
